We can honour our heritage. Our family. Our community. We can discover and express ourselves. Our talents. Our gifts.

We are First Nations youth, and we are taking control away from alcohol.

Because when we do that, we show strength. We lead the way. And we make change happen.

What does change look like? Sound like? Feel like?

Enter the 2008 Keep Control Contest and tell us what it means to live alcohol free.

You can do it with music. Video. Drawing. Photos. Writing. It’s up to you.
